I’ve photographed Coney Island since 2001 until I moved out of New York in 2013. The first time I’d been there, I was attracted by the weird atmosphere, so visited there often to take pictures. Then I didn’t go there at all for many years, and after I lived in New York for long enough, I didn’t like that neighborhood at all. But I still liked to take photos there.
